Totalt svag og helt og aldeles lousy træning efter 2 dage med noget der føltes som sars, ebola, pest og Roskilde-syge på engang. 2 døgn hvor jeg bare sad på toilettet og så hovedet i håndvasken samtidig... :cry: Men er heldigvis kommet næsten helt oven på igen, og regner med at ryge tilbage på rette spor allerede igen i morgen. :smile:

Hehe, nej ingen 3-stjernet her. Ved sgu ikke hvad jeg har fået fyldt i mig, men det har edermame virket. Jeg fik seriøst DOMS i maven af at kaste op... :crazy:

Jeg kommer først hjem igen næste fredag. Egentlig rimelig bittert at tage 2 uger til Norge, hvor det bare det dejligste vintervejr, og så overhovedet ikke få set skyggen af et par ski... :nonono:

Hvor meget vil du cutte ned mester? :smile:

Ved det ikke med sikkerhed, men nu skal det være - skal være helt hugget, så jeg kan nok ikke komme udenom, at jeg nok kommer under 80... :crazy:

Men nu cutter jeg nedaf indtil sommer, og så må jeg se det hele an der, og se hvorvidt og hvor langt jeg vil fortsætte. :smile:
