Fx 2x10@25kg > 2x10@22,5kg > 2x10@20kg > 2x10@17,5kg > 2x10@15kgDet ved jeg godt, men da det var længe siden jeg sidst har kørt 10x10, vidste jeg ikke hvad jeg sku' starte med. Der ud over har jeg altid haft forståelsen af, at man kun akkurat lige skal kunne tage 10 reps. De sæt jeg tog med 20kg håndvægte, var jeg godt presset og fik dem også kun lige med nød og næppe.
