Hey.. Jeg er lige i tvivl om noget.. Jeg træner benpress (3x10) hver anden dag, og dermed også lår osv.. Men hvordan ka det være min røv blir større? Skulle det helst ikke have modsat effekt? Og er der nogen der evt. har en træning, hvor man får mindre røv.. Gider ik de stramme underhylere længere! <_<
