Nødder indeholder umættet fedt, og er derfor et glimrende supplement til kosten. Dog skal man være opmærksom på at der er mange kalorier i dem, så det er måske ikke så smart at guffe 100 gram om dagen. Men hvis man kan nå at forbrænde energien er det ikke noget problem.
