Hej

Jeg vil gerne tabe mig omk 15 kg uden af miste muskel-størrelse. Jeg regner med at jeg vil løbe omk. 5-6km hverdag (også efter styrketrænningen) og samtidig spise fedtfattigt så muligt. Skal jeg indtage mere protein pulver og vil jeg overhovedet tabe mig nogenlunde hurtigt??
