HS + FL skill ,... Solid håndstand og straddle frontlever!

Grip chins: 3x3 + 5x2x35kg (P120) ... Nem!

BB MP: 2x3 + 6x2x65 (P120) ... Meget nem!

Machine rows: 3x

DB low incline pres: 3x10x28kg ... Ingen knas med patterne 💪..

Plate wrist curl: 3x5x10kg .. Min og Brookfields favorit grebøv!

Rev curl: 3x

Bicep + tricep 3x

Super træning på 5 kvarter. FitDK er fyldt med plastik 😎 og en enkelt buttet frømand 💪...

Grip chins: 6x3 + 2x2x35kg (P120)

MP: 5x3 + 3x2x65kg (P120)

Grip chins: 3x6x10kg

DB incline: 3x6x34kg

Plate wrist: 2x5x10kg

Rev curl: 2x

Gunz: 3x

Go træning massere pump. Sku ha skvattet men det blir senere på ugen. Pt passer det fint med upper / lower.
