Hej allesammen!

Nu ligger det sådan at min kæreste snart rejser væk i 6 uger, og derfor bliver der jo en masse tid tilovers. Så jeg har besluttet mig for at prøve et 3-split af, og se om det er noget for mig :)

Jeg har kigget lidt rundt, og prøve at sætte et sammen:

Dag 1:

Bryst & Triceps

5 x 5 - BB Benchpress

3 x 8 - DB Incline Benchpress

3 x 8 - Flyers

3 x 8 - Dips

3 x 8 - BB Close Grip Benchpress

3 x 8 - Cable Pushdown

Dag 2:

Ryg, Nakke & Biceps

5 x 5 - Deadlift

3 x 8 - Chin-ups

3 x 8 - Bent-over Row

3 x 8 - Cable Front Pulldown

3 x 8 - Hyperextensions

3 x 8 - Shrugs

3 x 8 - Hammercurl

Dag 3:

Ben & Skuldre

5 x 5 - Squat

3 x 8 - Militarypress

3 x 8 - Lateral Raise

3 x 8 - Lever Standing Rear Lateral Raise

3 x 8 - Lever Lying Leg Curl

3 x 8 - Seated Calf Raise

3 x 8 - Standing Calf Raise
