Efter lidt overvejelse har jeg valgt at lave en log i håbet om at opnå mere motivation, inspiration, kritik. Inspiration til træning kommer fra sider som gymjones, epoch, crossfit, og mountain athlete (super fed side). Det var vel cirka det lige her i starten. Kan lige poste de sidste 5 dages træning for at vise hvordan jeg nogenlunde træner.

1) Warm-up 1: 5min mobility drills + 5min jog

Warm-up 2: Static hold circiut (3 rounds of 30sec hold, 10sec to switch stations) Ring dip hold, Front plank,

Farmer carry hold, Bodyweight squat hold

Workout: circuit of 5 exercises, 10-8-6-4-2

Front Squat 45kg

KB Clean&press 24kg

Power Cleans 45kg

Weighted Sit-up 10kg

Pull-ups

2) Fast medium long bike ride with intervals

Resultat: 18,5km 32km/t

3) Warm-up 1: 6x Barbell Complex (30,35,40,45kg)

Warm-up 2: 4sæt af 8x l,r KB snatch 24kg

Workout: Hvert minut 1rep deadlift 130kg i 10min

Cool-Down: 12km cykeltur

4) INTET

5)Warm-up 1: 10min jog

Warm-up 2: 5rounds of 10meters bear crawl and crab walk

Workout:

5x Sprint 50m (pause imellem)

Then:

KB snatch 24kg 8x l,r 15sets

Then:

3 rouds of: 5x l,r Slasher, 5x Weighted sit-ups (15kg), 5x Tireflip + Jump in/out, 10x KB good-morning 24kg

Ellers vil jeg prøve at poste og se om det bliver en succes og hjælper mig i træning.
