weight gainer eller alm. protein pulver

Jeg har i længere tid benyttet mig af et regulært protein puler (prolab bla...), hvor jeg efter træning har suppleret shaken med ~75gram dextrose .. egentligt ville en god weight gainer være på sin plads her, men for nemhedens skyld....

Hvad gør i ? Har i en bøtte af hver stående, laver i samme finte som mig, eller er i bare på gainer ?
