Nej, du skal endelig ikke lave det hver dag! Musklerne skal have tid nok til at restituere, hvilket vil sige, at du aldrig skal træne samme muskelgruppe to dage i træk. Udfør evt. programmet hveranden dag (nu har jeg ikke lige set programmet, men princippet gælder stadig).

Du supplerer vel også med træning af andre muskler går jeg ud fra?
