Synes helt klart også at det er overkill. At træne 2 Split i mere end 4 dage om ugen er hård kost, plus at det er nogle omfattende dage du har.

Jeg er enig i at et 2-split ikke bør køres 6 dage om ugen. Et 3-split, hvor der trænes 3 dag on og en dag off, ville være bedre efter min mening. Det kunne evt. hedde:

Bryst, triceps - Incline BB presses, Incline DB presses, Incline db flyers, Dips, ez triceps extension og pushdowns.

Ben, Skuldre - Squat, leg curls, Leg presses (DYBE), Smith calf raises, military presses, lateral raises og rear laterals.

Ryg, biceps - Dødløft, Bent over rows, pullups (wide grip), Barbell shrugs, Barbell curls, Hammercurls og Coleman curls (for teh pump).

Off.

3 Forskellige slags Curls, behøver jeg sige mere?

Der skal selvfølgelig curles heftigt, hvis man ikke vil ende op med average molulz arme.
