Nr.2 har 7.00. Nr.3 har 07.16. 050216 Stress på jobbet, men der skulle køres lidt fredags BB inden frokost alligevel. BB bænkpres 40,60,70&80kg. Db biceps 5x Pushdowns 5x. Efter job Roning 6km 26min. Så kom en veninde der skulle ro interval. 10x30/30. Max træk. Håndstand mod væggen x10. Lidt mave og ryg. Måtte spænde dem 8gange og mistede masser af tid. Der er nok til en tid på 19.00 helst 18.51 for at få 2pladsen. Håndstand x10 Armbøj 8 & hollow body push ups 3x5. Benbøj, lunges 3x10-20.
