Deadlift @105kg x3, @120kg x3, @135kg x3

Front squat @52,5kg x10 x5 sets

KB snatch @20kg 6min @18-20rpm

farmers walk @40kg each hand 100m x2sets

Stretch

21.02

Cross training gym Finland

Warm up

Get up 1 rep each side from 20-44kg

Bench @52kg x3, 60kg x3, 70kg x5

A1 Chins + A2 Dips 5 reps x10 sets (alternating sets BW and BW +5kg)

KB juggling 5-10 min

Hvis du kommer under 66kg i kropsvægt bliver det en smal sag for dig at sætte rekorder til Nordland, eftersom der ikke er nogen i Masters 1 der har deltaget med en vægt under 66kg :laugh:

Men selv i 74kg klassen ser det opnåeligt ud.

Yes, I have thought about that, but dropping off 3 kg is a bit of a hassle just to secure a title where nobody is competing tongue.gif

I have to try this, but it is not like I plan to seriously switch over to PL

or even this (forward to 2:00)

Felt much better today, amazed at how my back could be so sore from being bedridden for 1 day. Walking fixed it.

Warm up

DL @112kg x5, @128kg x3, 2142kg x1

45 leg press @120kg x10 x5 sets

Lsit x3, heavy club x3

Stretch

Had to stop myself from doing more, I still feel weak.

Carry & Drag circuit 50 m x2 rounds:

Farmers walk @45kg each hand, @65kg 2nd round

Suitcase walk, both sides @24kg

Waiters walk, both sides @24kg

2 hand overhead @20kg

Prowler push, low handles @40kg

Reverse drag @40kg

Carioca drag @40kg

Farmers walk PR @80kg each hand x25m

Warm up: rope skip, KB swing @24kg x20, @40kg x20, 1 leg RDL x5 x5

Squat @75kg x5, @85kg x3, @95kg x5 - switched to low bar: I can feel it is easier for the back and legs but it kills my shoulders. I think I'll use it for 1-3RM tests

DL @82kg x10 x5sets

Single calf raise @BW x6 x5 sets. Took it easy to avoid DOMs tomorrow...

Decided to add a second day of bench as I feel I do not get enough practice in my weakest lift

A1 bench @85% 60kg x3 x10 sets every 2 min

A2 cable face pull @40kg x5

B1 chins x10 (x5 @+10kg, x5 @BW) x3 sets, x6 x2sets

B2 dips x10 (x5 @+10kg, x5 @BW) x3sets x6 x2 sets

That is a nice walk Thierry. One day i will try those kettlbells, so they don't gather to much dust.

And thx for recommending this place to work out, much better that Fdk if you wanna lift heavy

Cycle #2: I am doubtful this shit is going to be terribly effective compared to what I was doing, but I am going to do 3, maybe 4 cycles and see...
