Rope skips x100 + h2h swing @16kg x20 x5 sets

BG bag spin test: 10 spins each direction, 10 push ups x5 sets under 3min 30sec. The bag flew out of my hand on the last spin, punched myself in the nose but finished the push ups in time laugh.gif

arm throws + hammer curls 10+10 x3 sets

stretch, foam roll

nice and easy rest day

couldn't face heavy weights after a full weekend of teaching kettlebells.

The sun was shinning so... A quickie in the sun!

Rope skip x100, hindu push up x5, swing @36kg x20 x5 sets

Circuit x3 rounds with 1 min rest:

12kg BG bag spins x12 each way

20kg BG bag arm throw x12

Push ups x12

BG bag curls x12

50kg sandbag clean and shoulder x1 each side

27-03

Can only hit the gym twice this week, so had to modify things

Noget forskelligt desværre.

Prøver at smide det ind omkring 14 tiden hvis arbejde tillader det, ellers bliver det normalt efter 18.

Jeg skifter lidt mellem dagene, ift arbejde, men planlægger dog mine træningsdage 1 uge eller 2 i forvejen.

Jeg satser dog på at komme noget tidliger afsted nu der bliver lidt ferie. Så kan jeg jo lure lidt på det Kettlebell :smile:

Hvornår er du afsted næste gang? Kan jo være jeg kan passe det ind.

Pretty much disapointing results for 2 months on this program. Does not suit my needs and timeframe to achieve my goals.

Next week is deload, the week after that I'll be on holidays in France, no gym nearby.

After that I'll be trying my own template, a tweak on some previous stuff I have tried that worked great.
