jeg skal have lagt mig et fundament, og vil køre mit fullbody således.

Squat - 5 x 5 reps
RDL - 4 x 6 reps
DB Bænkpres - 6 x 5 reps
Row - 6 x 8 reps
Dips 4 x 8

B
Front Squat - 5 x 5 reps
DB row - 6 x 8 reps
DB Skulderpres - 6 x 5 reps
Pull-ups/downs - 6 x 8 reps
Dips 4 x 8

Jeg kører et sæt opvarmning, samt regner med at stige 2.5 kg i de små om
ugen. Og 5 kg i de store, lige nu kører jeg lav vægt for teknik og
stiger så stille. Ser det godt ud?
