Bulk vs Lean bulk

De første par måneder i din løfte karriere giver det ikke rigtig mening at køre et all-in bulk efter min mening, da de styrke gains du får, primært vil være betinget af at du bliver bedre til de løft du laver.

Hvordan det står til med hypertrofi ved jeg ikke helt. Hvis jeg var dig ville jeg bare prøve at spise omkring ligevægt her i starten.
