Uge 18 update

Mandag: 2000m. svømning

Tirsdag: 20km løb i zn2 @ 04:58 m/km / 151 HR (79 % LTHR)

Onsdag: 1t25m. spinning (20m. tempo og 3x10m. sweet spot)

Torsdag: 1t. styrke/stabilitetstræning og 10 km restitutionsløb

Fredag: 2000m. svømning

Lørdag: 73km cykling og 40 m. off-bike løb

Søndag: 142km. cykeltur @ 30.5 km/t

Total: 15t. - vægt 88,5 (-5kg)
