Jeg bruger selv en foamroller under min opvarmning, til mobilitet i den øvre ryg, løsne spændte lats, samt rigtig meget omkring hofte, baller og lår. Jeg bruger det som opvarmning til at øge blodomløbet samt at øge lidt mobilitet hvor jeg nu synes.

Jeg startede med en almindelige foamroller nu bruger jeg bare et pvc rør.
