Fordeling ml kulhydrater, protein og fedt - vægttab

Hej

Jeg er i gang med en vægttab. Metoden er sund kost samt styrketræning, så jeg undgå at tabe (for meget) muskelmasse (vil gerne øge).

Jeg skal tabe mig ca. 30 kg.

Jeg vil spørge hvordan bør fordelingen mellem kulhydrater, protein og fedt være?
