Hvordan kan man varme ris op, uden at de bliver helt tørre?

Er begyndt at lave store risretter, så jeg kan fryse dem ned, og spise det lidt hen af ugen.. Problemet er at når jeg varmer det op bliver risen altid stenhård.  Nogen som kender nogle tricks til at  undgå dette? Har læst det med hælde lidt vand på, inden man smider det i microbølge ovnen, men synes aldrig at det virker helt..
