BLACKICE Posted June 22, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 22, 2017 De sidste dage har jeg været i Chicago. Jeg har trænet, Søndag, Mandag og Onsdag på hotellet. Desværre et MEGET ringe hotel gym. Tungeste håndvægt var 50pund, og der var kun en af dem. Tilgengæld var der et kabeltårn, så det blev til lidt kabel benchpres, lidt pushdowns, lidt pullups/chin ups, lidt cable rows, lidt en hånds skulder pres, lidt enhånds snatches, lidt db curls.
