Flat dumbell pres 10x40 6x52,5 5x55 (endnu mere tape) 5x55 4x55 Failede på sidste rep, og kunne ikke få vægten ind, så måtte droppe den på gulvet. For at skåne vægt og gulv, holdt jeg den så længe jeg kunne, hvilket medførte et vrid i den i forvejen meget dårlige højre hånd. Og begge håndvægte slog endestykkerne af.
