Noergaard Posted March 31, 2015 Report Share Posted March 31, 2015 Er det noget hver at tage en muskelgruppe ad gangen fx ryg mandag, bryst tirsdag, ben onsdag osv?Ca 5 øvelser til hver muskelgruppe.Mave træner jeg næsten hver dag plus cardio ved siden af.
