Armbøj 3x10. Ryg ext 3x10. BB overhead squat 3x10. Roning Kan ikke få billede uploaded, men nåede 360meter. Gns hastighed på 1.23.5. Var nede på 1.19 på 10meter og oppe på 1.29 da jeg var færdig. Strokes 20/22/20/24. Tid. 18-20 hurtigere end din 2km tid. 22/24 14-16 hurtigere end 2km tid. Pause 2min ml. Hver. Slut med lidt bicepsbiceps, triceps og ryg extext.
