Søndag 28. August:

Low box squat:

5 sæt @ 110 kg x 5 reps

GHR:

3 sæt @ kropsvægt x 10 reps

Et bens benpres:

3 sæt @ 70 kg x 10 reps

Igen en masse foam rolling og så en god sludder med fede Anders omkring alt fra barfods squat til de nyeste film. Skide hyggeligt. :smile:

Mandag 29. August:

Bænkpres:

4 sæt @ 120 kg x 3 reps

supersættet med:

Pulldowns neutralt greb:

4 sæt @ 75 kg x 10 reps

DB rows:

3 sæt @ 34½ kg x 10 reps

Seated B.O. laterals:

3 sæt @ 8.5 kg x AMRAP

Kort og hurtig træning. Det var hvad der var tid til.

Mandag 19. September:

50 rep Challenge

Bænkpres:

100 kg x 11, 5, 3 reps - 90 kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4 reps

Pulldowns lige stang:

70 kg x 10, 8, 6, 5, 5 reps - 65 kg x 6, 6, 8 reps

DB rows:

3 sæt @ 32 kg x 10 reps

Military pres:

40 kg x 10, 7, 4, 4 reps - 30 kg x 8, 6, 6, 6 reps

50 rep challenge med ca. 30 sekunders pause mellem sæt! :crazy:

Det rev godt nok tænder ud, men fedt pump hele vejen igennem. Skulle have haft en gang laterals med, men tiden var ikke til det.

Cardio:

5 km PW om morgenen + 5 km PW om aftenen.
