Uddrag fra dagens træning

Squat 5x8x100 nemme men tunge ;-)

Bænkpres skulder-recovery 4x8x80

Goodmornings 2 sæt

De næste 10 dage bliver der cuttet (fra i morgen af) - og deload i træningsprogrammet - og så kører jeg på igen med 4 uger bulk og 10 dages cut og .... :wub:

Kører for tiden 10-15 reps og 12-15 arbejdssæt på samme muskelgruppe

2 muskelgrupper per træning sådan cirkus.

Dag 1 PAT'n'Triceps [bænkpres, skrå bænkpres + variationer]

Dag 2 WHEELZ'n'erector [skvat, kødløft, P1Godmorgen]

Dag 3 GUNS'n'GloryBACK [siddende roning, Stang roning, 1 arms håndvægtroning, liggende bicep-isoleringsfis etc.]
