(tor jeg nok-min anatomiske viden er overfladisk). Det forsvandt hurtigt igen, men jeg har for en sikkerheds skyld taget en uges løbepause. Men styrketræning her til morgen på jobbet. En tur på 6,06 km på 43,39min m. 7,12 min/km og gns puls og maxpuls på 154 bpm og en ekstra tur på 1,26 km med en spurt Gns fart 7,16 min/km. Det gav en gns puls på 137 bpm og en maxpuls på 167 bpm.
