Vil jo gerne have lidt gang i cyklingen igen hvis bare knæ og senebånd vil arte sig.Kørte en ud og hjem tur i dejlig sol og STRID nordvestenvind, og jeg kan hilse og sige atbunden er røget helt ud af kondien. Den cardio jeg har begået i motionscentret batter altsåikke ret meget på landevejen, så der er noget at rette op på. Hvis benene altså vil. Starter igen mandag den 28. med træning i sommermode. Dvs at de 5 ugentlige besøg i motionscentret reduceres til 2, der så bliver FB WO Det skulle så levne plads til 3 cykelture om ugen, ideelt set 2 x landevej og 1 x MTB. Det var hårdere end jeg huskede det, og jeg måtte standse før forventet, da der var seriøs risiko for at min tunge skulle filtre sig ind i kæden. Fin træning. Kørte en lille tur alligevel da jeg nok ikke får lavet noget i weekenden p.g.a. arbejde. Tog den sædvanlige først-på-sæsonen-ud-og-hjem-rute. En svagt trafikeret landevej med hyggelige sving og bakker, hvor de lokale brøndpissere bidrager til hyggen ved at holde vejen velsmurt med en gemytlig blanding af gylle, jord og møg.
