B. 5 Rounds for Time:

5 Hand Stand Push Ups

5 Power Cleans (135lbs)

5 Front Squats (135lbs)

Score: nul og niks. Fuckede op i front squats og mit knæ. Lavede lidt HSPU teknik i stedet.
