Den rutine jeg havde fået opbygget, er helt skudt i smadder igen. Det er latterligt Pt er det ikke mangel på logging, men magel på træning. Jeg tror jeg fik sat ambitionsniveauet for højt, hvor hvert pas gerne skulle være en PR af en art. I stedet for at huske på at den gode træning, er den man får gennemført.
