venaN Posted March 11, 2004 Report Share Posted March 11, 2004 (edited) Hovr vigtig er det at få stangen op i stækte arme?Problemet er jeg har bjælker i loftet hjemme hvor jeg træner, og kan ikke få stangen mere end 30 cm over hovedet.Men hvis man ser i "Pumping Iron" filmen, er det heller ikke voldsom meget han får den over hovedet.Hvad siger i?
