Hvilken af de to følgende programmer er mest hensigtsmæssigt hvis man ønsker maksimal muskelvækst i biceps?

1: Tre sæt weighted chin-ups efterfulgt af tre sæt DB biceps curl

2: Tre sæt DB biceps curl efterfulgt af tre sæt weighted chin ups.

Samme to eksempler kunne fx laves med leg extentions og squat.
