Ja det er helt vildt....

Nu gider jeg ikke sige hvad jeg tænkte, men de der skuldre de ligner mistænkeligt et resultat af et eller andet - men man kan jo tage fejl.

Ja det var så lidt det sidste jeg tænkte på :wink: - men principielt ligegyldigt for tråden, det ser røvgodt ud. Synes bare skuldre får sådan et karataristisk look på folk der krudter den.

Det er altså det rene nonsens, at man kan se på folks skulder og nakke om de er på dope. :wink:

Medmindre det er fordi de har et par tusinde bumser der. :tongue:

Men jeg er til gengæld ikke så meget i tvivl om ham der har været på vognen.. I hvert fald forbeholder jeg mig ret til at tvivle, om det der er resultatet af gode gener og de FANTASTISKE SL programmer alene :tongue:

Historien er, at pga en skade i ryggen, kunne han ikke squatte og dødløfte, så derfor besluttede han sig for at cutte ned :wink: Så jo, han er styrkeløfter...

Hans træningsprogram:

As far as training, my training looks something like this.

Saturday: Heavy shirt day or ME day and boards

Sunday: conditioning such as sled pulls, stair runs and jump rope

Monday: pulldowns, upper back and bicep.

Tuesday: Speed bench and heavy DB inclines, flat and overhead work, and some hypertrophy work for delts and triceps.

Wed: Squat- because of my back injury I can't squat heavy right now. Just using 315 for now. I've been doing a bunch of olympic style paused squats with an explosive concentric. Then I'll end with something stupid like a set of 30 olympic squats. some calf work and abs.

Thursday Heavy chest supported rows, pullups, biceps, and rear delts.

Fri: off, or maybe some conditioning work.

S'føli' er han på AAS han er med i PRO divisionen i APF. Det er almindeligt kendt at de alle i toppen - med undtagelse af Shawn Lattimer og Beau Moore - er på krudt!

Ser hans ryg ikke lidt usymetrisk ud nogle steder er det bare billedet der snyder eller er det normalt ?

What a lot of strength athletes don't understand is that bodybuilding is totally different. A whole different type of hypertophy that requires vastly different exotic training methods that rarely get results and generally require anabolics to break 200lbs. Let me tell you all that building significant muscle mass on a Yoda-esque program using exotic rep schemes on cables and machines, days of dedicated biceps training, with an overbearing focus on trace mineral balance and insufficient caloric intake makes it really hard to put on muscle. These guys have to have it all together to show any appreciable gains.

Guys that eat and are able to rely on basic programs to increase their weights in squats, pulls, and presses doing basic exercises that strengthen the body and force it to adapt with increased muscle have it easy. They will never know what it's like to fight through moronic inefficiency to needlessly differentiate your training and alleviate worry that when you eventually do start gaining weight someday, it will be in perfect symmetry and proportion - all at 2lbs a year.
