Nye undersøgelser viser at vi måske ikke er så dumme endda:

• Based on newer data, ingesting small amounts of EAAs and carbs prior to resistance exercise (e.g., like in an 8 oz glass of chocolate milk) appears to maximize muscle-protein anabolism. Whether this approach will result in positive adaptations to training hasn't yet been studied, but I, for one, plan to try it.

Så husk kakaomælken FØR træning!!!

Luciferase: jeg ved ikke lige hvor Ts citat kommer fra, men Tom har også argumenteret for at indtage proteiner FØR træning (dog hurtigtoptageligt protein) via sin artikel på sportspoint.dk. se evt. disskusionien her .

jeg tillader mig lige at gentage mit ubesvarede spørgsmål fra ovenstående disskusion: er kassein ligeså komplet et protein som valle?
