ok, man kan af og til blive overrasket :)

jeg troede faktisk, at der var langt mere protein i æg end hessellund's tal fortæller - men nej :(

Blev yderligere overrasket over, at der faktisk er en del mere protein i blommen ift. hviden (nu står verden da vist ikke mere :D )

blomme: 16,8 g/100g

hvide: 12,1 g/100g

hele æg: 10,1 g/100g

("upasteuriserede" tal)
