Hvordan går det med svømningen?

Er du i nærheden af, at svømme de distancer du lagde op til i trådens start?

- God træning!

Jeg har svømmet 3 gange indtil videre - alle med starttid, og det fungere godt.

Sådan har det set ud:

Opvarmning

400m løs - Bryst, Crawl, Ryg

Hovedserie

12 x 50m

Afsvømning

150m løs
