DB Walking Lunges:

Seated Leg Curl:

12x70kg

12x70kg

5x50kg med 2 sek hold + 5x50kg alm reps + 5x50kg med 2 sek hold + 5x50kg alm reps

Lying Leg Curl:

15x40kg

12x50kg

12x50kg

- Alle reps med 1-2 sek. hold..
