Jeg klarede træningen fint nok men havde sindsyge DOMS i mine quads i 4-5 dage, pga nogle tåbelige 3x60 air-squats.Jeg tror dog jeg vil bruge CF som et alternativ til cardio næste gang jeg skal på diæt.
