GunZ har alle vel💪.Paul Chek viste mig en lignende øvelse en gang og sagde at jeg ville gaine 20pounds på biceps på 14 dage hvis jeg kørte den. Det vil jeg til nu💪.http://www.paulcheksblog.com/Ps.
