Fuck det var vildt😍😍😍.Spillede 2 gange squash og dansede nætterne væk.Træner i morgen eller tirsdag. Fløj 0240 fra Dubai og landede 0800 i Kbh efter lidt søvn... Jetlag ligende fornemmelse lige nu!! Lidt knas i højre skulder...BB dødløft på nyt plateau 2x5x60, 5x80, 5x100 & 5x120kg.One arm pushdowns 4x10x10kg.Fint efter en god ferie. Bygger langsomt op igen. Det er for meget.Derfor står den på TRS råd ved protshakes dag( morgen) og nat(evt aften).😂.Skal lige ned på 100kg igen... Derfra mod 95 til sommer.
