Lang og lækker træning i dag. Jeg gik efter 1 RM i front squat men fejlede alle 3 gange. Jeg følte ellers at jeg havde den hver gang, men jeg har problemer med at holde mig på hælen. Jeg har lovet mig selv at den kommer op næste gang. Jeg kørte 2 WODs i dag. Det var egentlig ikke meningen, men god træning op til OPEN.

Længe siden jeg har logget sidst. Så her kom min træning for næsten hele uge 8. Jeg ville egentlig have prøvet at ramme 100 kg i snatch i dag, men jeg har rippet min hånd fra torsdagens træning og havde derfor svært ved at holde et ordentlig grip i stangen.

Jeg hader virkelig deficit handstand push-ups. Jeg brugte nok 10 min. på at lave 50 stk. her er der virkelig plads til forbedring. Så snart det er alm. handstand push-ups har jeg ingen problem. Jeg skulle have kørt 3 x 165 i back squat i stedet for at have forsøgt en på 170 kg.

Anden gang med 14.1 gik lidt bedre end første gang. Desværre var jeg noget mærket i kroppen, så det var væsentlig hårdere anden gang. Er bestemt ikke tilfreds med resultatet, da jeg mener at jeg burde kunne få 345 plus, men sådan er det nu engang når udstyret vælger at svigte. Heldigvis er der 4 WODs tilbage i OPEN. Jeg får det svært, men håber ikke at denne WOD har sat mig for langt bagud.
