Jeg fik dog taget mig sammen til at køre 5 sæt db pull over: 10x36 11x36 11x36 10x38 10x38 Det viste sig at være en enormt dårlig ide, da jeg har haft åndsvagt ondt i brystkassen (nok ligmanter) hele natten.
