For lang tid???

Hey jeg har kørt et selvbygget program der ligger mandag, tirsdag ....torsdag og fredag....

Nu ville jeg lige høre ad om I mener at man kan træne for lang tid.... Jeg ved godt der selvfølig er slags øvre grænse, men når jeg træner ligger jeg omkring 2½ time med opvarning og alt.... er det for meget??? tjek evt. min log MM`s :wink:
