Dødløft efterfulgt af stiff legged deadlift:

lige for at være varm i ryggen.

Closegrip pulldown:

Db. Laterals:

Inc. bb benchpress:

energiforladt træning, vil prøve at lægge i massiv kcal overskud de næste 4-5 mdr, og se om jeg ikke kan gaine 1-2 kg.
