Jeg ved godt at hensigten var at tabe sig, men når man løber om morgeren uden morgenmad, så vil man da være i et så massivt kalorie unerskud. At kroppen også vil begynde at tære på musklerne, for at få energi.

Men det kan jo da egentlig også være godt nok for dem der vil tabe sig idet muskler vejer mere end fedt.
