Jeg har trænet CrossFit siden 2009 og har min daglige gang i CrossFit Aalborg. Jeg har deltaget i adskillige CrossFit konkurrencer, hvilket har udviklet mig meget som atlet. Jeg vil bruge min logbog til at holde styr på mine stats og min udvikling i min træning. Jeg vil forsøge at holde mine stats opdateret så I altid kan følge med i mine nuværende resultater.
