Jeg er ca. steget 10 kg i alle øvelser på 2 måneder

Program:

Bænkpres

Squat

Chinups

Bend over rowing

Skulderpres

Lateral raise

Closegrip bænkpres

Biceps curl

3x om ugen

Men nok bænk og squat der har givet mest, vil jeg da skal nævne nogle.
