fitnesspump Posted January 5, 2004 Report Share Posted January 5, 2004 hey.Har tilrettelagt et 2 split program (træner for masse) således at jeg kører:Uge:1-3 10 reps3-6 8 reps6-9 6repsTænkte så på om tre uger med 6 reps, vil være for lang tid med så tunge vægte??Og hvad synes i ellers om metoden??
