Rosiner?

Nu synes jeg ikke det virker overkommeligt at drikke en hel liter mælk efter træning, eller spise fem banener.

Kan man ikke spise rosiner? Min sun-maid pakke siger pr. 100 g rosiner:

Energi 1297 kJ/304 kcal

Protein 3,0 g

Kulhydrater 71,4 g

heraf: sukkerarter 71,4 g

Fedt 0,7 g

heraf: mættede fedtsyrer 0,0 g

kostfibre 5,8 g

natrium 0,02 g

Det er ikke så mange rosiner der skal til så, hvis det hedder 1 g kulhydrat pr. kg krop. ?
