Jeg vil dog gerne - for variationens skyld - udskifte to af mine tre triceps-øvelser. P.t. kører jeg:- Cable Press Downs- One-Arm Extensions- DipsSidstnævnte vil jeg gerne beholde, men de to andre skal byttes ud med noget andet. Nogen gode forslag??
