Mandag/Ons/Fre

Basis øvelser:

Squat (3 sæt) 8 rep

Dødløft (3-5 sæt) 5 rep

Bænk pres (3 sæt) 8 rep

Bent over eller en arms roning (3 sæt) 8 rep

Chin eller træk til bryst (3 sæt) 8 rep

Mili pres eller siddende dumbel pres (3 sæt) 8 rep

Dips (med belastning) (3 sæt) ? rep

Mave med belastning (3-5 sæt) 10 rep

Ekstra iso øvelse:

Calves (3 sæt) 10 rep

fransk pres (3 sæt) 10 rep

Biceps curl (3 sæt) 10 rep

hvis du er n00b skal du lave 10-12 rep af hver øvelse
